Avocado on toast

I love this little snack, and it’s a great variation from the normal toast toppings. I never

liked avocado until I tried this, but now I can’t get enough of the stuff! This simple bite is a

great starting point in creating unique lunches for yourself. It's super easy too!

Ingredients:

1 slice of wholemeal bread (it goes best with the avocado)

½ an avocado

Salt


Method:

Start by toasting your bread how you like it, I prefer mine to be dangerously close to burnt!

Scoop out the flesh from your avocado, and place in a bowl. Mash up the avocado until it’s nice and smooth. Add a pinch of salt, and using a knife, spread a thick layer of avocado over your toast. Cut in half and enjoy!
