You’re probably thinking “this doesn’t fit at all”, and that’s exactly what I thought! However, the lightness of the wraps allows for the flavours of both the eggs and ham to really come out. It’s also a much less calorific than two slices of thick white bread. Give it a try, and see what you think!

Ingredients:
2 eggs
½ of an onion
½ a teaspoon of butter
3 slices of ham
1 tortilla wrap
Salt and pepper
Method:
Using a large mixing jug, add the eggs and onions and begin to whisk. Add a dash of salt and pepper and continue to stir.
Meanwhile, add the butter to a frying pan and cook on a medium heat. Once the butter has melted, throw the ham in, and cook for 2 minutes, making sure both sides of the ham is cooked. Pour in the mixture from the jug, and fry until it solidifies, and the eggs thicken. Once cooked, turn off the heat and leave for a second to cool.
After cooling, pour the mixture into the tortilla wrap. Fold both sides of the tortilla, ensuring nothing will fall out of either side, and enjoy!
