If you’re a fruit lover like me, this will be right up your street. It’s simple, quick and a

great meal for when you’re in a rush! I enjoy fruit salads as a tasty substitute for

unhealthy desserts. However, on a cheat day I’m partial to pairing it with some ice

cream! There are lots of fruit stalls dotted around the city, buy their produce for an

even fresher and tastier meal.

Prep time: 10 mins

Total time: 10 mins

Recipe by: Safe food

Ingredients:

1 apple (red or green)

2 small oranges

10 green grapes

1 banana

2 kiwis

1 slice of fresh pineapple

1 glass of fresh juice (orange, apple, pineapple or grape all work)

Method:

Start by peeling the apple, oranges, bananas and kiwis. Once this is done, give a through wash to the apple and grapes.

Begin to cut all the fruit into small, bite-size chunks. Cut the grapes into halves, and neatly slice the banana and kiwis. After all the fruit has been chopped up, throw all of it into a large bowl and add your juice of choice. Stir well before serving. Add ice cream to satisfy a sweet tooth.
