Who doesn't love battered chicken? This recipe gives you a great deal of satisfaction knowing you can cook your own. Its great paired with sweet potato fries to change an unhealthy chicken and chips meal into tasty and healthy.

Ingredients:
1 cup of quick-cooking oats
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
250 grams of chicken breast
1/2 cup of milk
2 tablespoons of butter
Method:
Using a baking tray, spray cooking oil over the baking dish. With a separate bowl,
combine the oats, paprika, garlic powder and pepper and stir well. Dip the chicken in
a cup of milk, then coat with the oat mixture.
Place the oat-covered chicken onto a separate baking tray, and pour some butter
over the chicken. Using a pre-heated oven, cook the chicken at 190c for 45minutes.
Serve with sweet potato fries or salad.
