There’s only one thing that’s better than pizza, and that's guilt-free pizza! This alternative will
feel like a cheat-code to comfort food. Believe me, these light pizzas go down a treat
on a hung-over afternoon, and help to save a huge amount on takeaways.

Ingredients:
1 whole-wheat tortillas
1 fresh tomato
100g mature cheddar cheese
3 handfuls of spinach
25g salami
2tsp olive oil
A sprinkling of salt and pepper
Method:
Set the oven to 200c/Gas 7. Place the tortillas on a baking tray, and spray with olive
oil. Scatter the tomato, cheese, spinach and salami evenly across the tortilla.
Once the oven is heated, carefully place the baking tray in the middle of the oven.
Keep a watchful eye over the oven, a thick bubbling of cheddar is a key sign
your pizza is ready. Cook for around 6-7 minutes, until the edges are nicely browned.
Once you’re happy, remove the tortillas from the oven and place onto plates
(preferably round ones!) Dash some salt and pepper across for a slight seasoning
and enjoy.
